Pillar Community Church has an exciting programme of activities for children. We encourage children to stay in the main service during worship and leave for our Sunday School just before the preaching. Someone will always let you know when it is time to leave.
Our three programmes, Sparks, Ignite and Blaze cater for children aged 1+. They are run by a team of volunteers and helpers who are all DBS checked and have experience working with children of different ages and needs.
Year 6 - Year 9
BLAZE meet for an interactive Bible study once a month during Sunday service, they are then encouraged to serve (where appropriate) during the service on the other weeks to help intergrate them into the chuch body. 1 Timothy 'Older teach the younger'
Reception - Year 5
IGNITE meet every Sunday during Term time for Bible learning, crafts, and fun.
1 year olds - Reception
SPARKS are looked after during Sunday services in Term time, playing and learning about God.
Open to all men 18+,
we meet every 6 weeks for food,
fellowship & God's Word.
