Pillar is heading to Creation Fest

Pillar Community Church is going to Creation Fest and it would be great if you could join us.

Creation Fest is a FREE Christian Music Festival and Bible Week held at the Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge, Cornwall, from the 7-13 August 2010.

The vision of the festival is to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ through contemporary Christian music. Creation Fest offers something for all the family with a full programme of music, Bible teaching, seminars, workshops, sports activities, films, ‘Creation Kids’ and family fun.

It is initially starting life as a homestudy in April.

Hillsong is coming to Llanelli

On the 16th and 17th of April, 21st Century Church (Saron, Llanelli) Will be having their annualconference and this year Hillsong London will be there.

If your not familiar with Hillsong, The church started in Australia and has now grown into a mega church that regularly have 20,000 people attend each sunday. They have planted churches all over the world under the Hillsong banner. Hillsong have become world famous for their style of worship and produce some of the most popular and widely used worship songs today. Go check them out at :

This is the second year 21st Century Church (Saron, Llanelli) have held their Conference, after the massive success of last years event, its back bigger and better than before. A Christmas Cinema Trip

This Wednesday we will be going to the Vue cinema in Swansea (myvue.com‎) to see Disney’s A Christmas Carol in 3D.

The Showing is at 10am and we will be meeting outside the cinema at 9.45.

Bring food this Sunday

This Sunday after church we will be all getting together after the service for a bring and eat buffet. The way it works is that everybody brings a different dish and at the end of the service we all sit down and eat.

So come along, bring a dish and enjoy some good food and some good company.
